About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train integrators and partners on Pennylane: comprehensive initial training on the product and deployment methodologies
  • Support partners through their first client deployments by co-piloting until they reach full autonomy
  • Serve as a dedicated CSM for autonomous partners: manage the relationship, provide continuous upskilling, and handle complex cases
  • Act as the functional reference for Pennylane modules — the expert among experts whom partners consult
  • Lead ongoing training sessions and hands-on workshops to maintain a high level of partner expertise
  • Ensure alignment between partners’ business needs and Pennylane’s features, proposing workarounds when necessary
  • Advocate for partners’ usage and needs with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) and share knowledge with peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience (more than 3 years) in deploying or implementing SaaS solutions at an integrator or software vendor
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial issues for SMEs
  • Ability to train and support both technical and business teams at partner organizations
  • At least 8 years of accounting experience in the finance department of an SME or in an accounting firm
  • No specific diploma required, but appreciated qualifications include: DCG (Diploma in Accounting and Management), BTS Accounting & Management, BTS SME Management Assistant, Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management
  • Comfortable working closely with integrators and partners and providing them with advice
  • Excellent pedagogical, collaboration, adaptability, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage several partners simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
  • Strong interest in technology and knowledge of FinTech solutions on the market
  • Operational proficiency in English
