About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow the Migration GI team to support accounting firms in their transition to Pennylane, while structuring the function to make it scalable.
  • Manage 6 people immediately and continue expanding the team: recruitment, coaching, development, performance reviews, etc.
  • Distribute workload and manage priorities in collaboration with various stakeholders (AE/PrM/CSM).
  • Build a high-performing team culture, particularly for cross-team collaboration.
  • Track KPIs (CSAT, migration time, success rate, team profitability) and adapt them based on the team’s missions.
  • Manage the migration pipeline: prioritization, allocation, deadlines.
  • Handle escalations and complex situations.
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Propose improvements to Ops teams to enhance our processes (SF, migration journeys, etc.).
  • Ensure the team captures, structures and prioritizes field feedback.
  • Work closely with the Product team to influence the roadmap.
  • Act as the team’s subject-matter expert on the GI product.
  • Lead the coordination of team members on internal initiatives.
  • Define the GI Service roadmap: evolution of the service offering and implementation of tools and processes in collaboration with Ops.
  • Coordinate with PSE, Product, Training and CS.
  • Represent the voice of GI within the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in an accounting firm.
  • Ability to build and monitor production KPIs.
  • Methodical and structured mindset with strong attention to meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken (especially for internal exchanges at Pennylane).
  • Leadership: ability to engage and develop your team (through constructive feedback and by managing tense moments).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and a strong customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, PSA/PSS, Project Managers and Sales.
