About the role

  • Our mission is to help owners of micro and small businesses (TPE) and SMEs regain control of their finances.
  • We connect to our clients’ financial data flows and provide a management and monitoring tool that makes their lives easier.
  • Business owners can benefit from support provided by a specialist accountant.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for accounting firms, working alongside the sales representative during the pilot phase.
  • You ensure effective communication with your client, understand their needs, and make sure the project meets the firm’s requirements.
  • You are the main point of contact at the firm organizing Pennylane’s deployment internally.
  • You bridge the accounting firms’ project teams and Pennylane’s teams to address all issues related to the solution’s deployment.
  • Using our analytics tools and a data-driven approach, you will be able to inform your thinking and proactively propose recommendations to improve adoption of our tool.

Requirements

  • You have experience in an accounting firm, audit firm and/or consulting firm, a startup/scale-up, or in-house within a company.
  • You have solid accounting fundamentals without necessarily being an expert.
  • You have an affinity for technology.
  • You possess a sharp critical and analytical mindset, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Energetic and persuasive, you enjoy a challenge and are results-oriented.
  • You want to join a close-knit team that values proximity and knowledge sharing, while collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.
