About the role
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Career and Talent Management
- Co-design and deploy cross-functional programs and projects to support the long-term growth of Pennylaners and to highlight each career track—particularly IC (Individual Contributor)—in collaboration with business and HR stakeholders.
- Career paths:
- Co-design a harmonized career-paths framework to streamline processes and enable cross-functional clarity.
- Support HRBPs and managers in regularly updating career paths and integrating them into the employee lifecycle.
- Address BU-specific needs to ensure relevant and tailored content.
- Talent management:
- Contribute to the design and rollout of top-talent management programs.
- Support deployment activities and follow-up on succession plans.
- Performance Management
- Contribute to configuring performance campaigns and launching them in our HRIS (SIRH).
- Provide operational support for performance review campaigns (mid-year checkpoint and annual review) to HRBPs:
- Help stakeholders understand processes and use the tools before, during, and after campaigns.
- Create content that enables managers and ICs to adopt the processes.
- Identify improvement areas and propose actions for future campaigns based on feedback from business and HR.
- Training
- Help design Pennylane training programs that are part of the organization’s development offerings.
- Reporting
- Produce required reporting for stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
- The candidate we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR development role combining operational responsibilities and project management.
- Broad knowledge of career and talent management topics (employee career paths, manager support, talent management).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a solid business sense to enable smooth collaboration with HR and business partners.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to write clear and impactful internal communications.
