About the role
- Design engaging and effective learning experiences: Academy tracks, blended training programs, and onboarding journeys
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Education team to transform raw content and subject-matter expertise into structured, learner-centered experiences
- Analyze existing live training content and define learning objectives
- Design and restructure pre-session activities to increase engagement
- Produce facilitator guides and learner workbooks
- Design the structure of online learning paths and determine appropriate instructional modalities
- Recommend content restructuring and support migration to a centralized content system
- Design a modular onboarding kit to support users
Requirements
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional training environments
- Proven expertise in learning needs analysis and defining learning objectives
- Experience designing learning journeys (in-person, blended, online, microlearning)
- Familiarity with instructional modalities (video, interactive exercises, case studies, assessments, gamification)
- Implementation of pedagogical methods and engagement tactics
- Hands-on experience with learning platforms: LMS, authoring tools, content management systems
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent collaboration with subject-matter experts and stakeholders
- Native French speaker
- Portfolio or work samples required
