Marketing Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning and rollout of evergreen and campaign-based marketing initiatives
- Coordinate between design, digital, and fundraising teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Maintain and update campaign calendars, trackers, and project timelines
- Support influencer and partner coordination where applicable
- Assist with event and activation marketing efforts
- Optimize web pages for marketing performance, conversions, and paid advertising
- Ensure product descriptions, blog posts, banners, and images are current, SEO-friendly, and properly formatted
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, alt tags, and URL structures
- Support overall campaign execution and administrative marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and campaign workflows
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp is an asset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
