Requirements

What you’ll need

RN, PT, OT or ST required
Current coding certification
Current OASIS certification
A minimum of five years as a coding, OASIS review, and quality assurance in Home Health
Education and training development and implementation experience
Process Improvement experience preferred
Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health industry
Ability to work with all levels of management on all aspects of therapy operations
