Director of Total Rewards
PennantSenior Director of Benefits & Employee Experience leading total reward strategies at Pennant Services. Drive employee experience for service center and operational employees across a multi-state footprint.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead total reward strategies and drive results for overall employee experience
- Partner with HR resource team to create a world-class employee experience
- Manage benefit platforms, vendor oversight, quality of delivered services, and broker relations
- Ensure annual compliance reporting associated with managing retirement and self-insured health benefits programs
- Coach and develop HR Resources team members in benefits, total rewards, and employment performance management
- Participate with HR Resource Partners in all matters related to HR and Benefits Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years’ experience in benefit management and HR administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, law, human resources or equivalent program required
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment compliance rules and regulations
- Broker, carrier and vendor relations management
- Benefit enrollment platforms
- Understand benefit interface/integration with payroll and HRIS systems
- Employee benefit communication and education
- Focus on employee support and service
- Focus on quality and productivity
- Extensive experience in the coaching and development of leadership at all levels in the management of Human Capital
- Detail focused and ability to set appropriate priorities amongst multiple demands
- Excellent listening skills and demonstrates professional empathy
- Ability to provide direct, transparent feedback and develop relations of accountability within a shared resource role
