Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in healthcare leadership with deep expertise in managed care and payer strategy
- Proven success negotiating complex agreements and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of home health, hospice, or post‑acute reimbursement
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Data‑driven decision‑making and a track record of leading multi‑state initiatives.
