About the role
- Own and innovate leadership talent attraction and engagement strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive, clinical, and leadership roles (CEO in Training and Clinical Operational Leadership Training)
- Partner with portfolio presidents and local leaders to align hiring strategies with growth and culture
- Tell Pennant’s mission, values, and culture to candidates to inspire hiring
- Source candidates creatively through networks, associations, universities, and untapped markets
- Act as brand ambassador representing Pennant authentically and excellently
- Drive process excellence using tools, scorecards, and best practices to keep recruiting organized and measurable
- Scale recruiting support across Cornerstone portfolios and community leadership teams
- Close the loop by partnering with HR and leadership to ensure offers, onboarding, and smooth candidate transitions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or high growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration preferred or equivalent related experience
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
- High desire to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Excellent communicator able to understand and deliver the company’s vision and values
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Superior relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit; takes ownership of results and processes
- Self-driven; doesn’t rely heavily on permission or direction
- Humble and willing to ask for help when stuck
