About the role

  • Own and innovate leadership talent attraction and engagement strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive, clinical, and leadership roles (CEO in Training and Clinical Operational Leadership Training)
  • Partner with portfolio presidents and local leaders to align hiring strategies with growth and culture
  • Tell Pennant’s mission, values, and culture to candidates to inspire hiring
  • Source candidates creatively through networks, associations, universities, and untapped markets
  • Act as brand ambassador representing Pennant authentically and excellently
  • Drive process excellence using tools, scorecards, and best practices to keep recruiting organized and measurable
  • Scale recruiting support across Cornerstone portfolios and community leadership teams
  • Close the loop by partnering with HR and leadership to ensure offers, onboarding, and smooth candidate transitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or high growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration preferred or equivalent related experience
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
  • High desire to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent communicator able to understand and deliver the company’s vision and values
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Superior relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; takes ownership of results and processes
  • Self-driven; doesn’t rely heavily on permission or direction
  • Humble and willing to ask for help when stuck
  • Collaborative and resourceful; engages others rather than going alone
