About the role
- Review, develop, and implement industry-leading training for agency medical directors and nurse practitioners.
- Lead direct 1:1 training and education of hospice medical directors and nurse practitioners.
- Serve as a resource to the quality, compliance, and denials management team.
- Collaborate with other department leaders on advocacy efforts.
Requirements
- Physician with greater than 5 years of experience in home health and hospice, preferably serving as hospice medical director.
- Preferred HMDC or equivalent board certification.
- Prior hospice leadership experience preferred
