About the role

  • Draft and manage confidentiality agreements and letters of intent during M&A transactions

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent paralegal studies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
  • Experience in M&A preferred
  • Corporate law firm experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of legal document preparation and management
  • Excellent research skills and proficiency in using legal databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
