About the role

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted parties
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation through interviews, document reviews, workshops, surveys, and teleconferences
  • Work closely with both internal and external clients to ensure user-friendly and accessible interfaces
  • Partner with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Perform gap analyses and document current and future state business processes
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Support post-launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • Experienced business analysis within ERP environments is ideal
  • A strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Salesforce, Informatica, and web technologies is essential.
  • Proficiency in project management tools is expected
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with requirements writing and technical documentation is required
  • Familiarity with change control processes and quality assurance testing is beneficial
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles is a plus
  • Basic understanding of data modeling or SQL
