Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted parties
Facilitate requirements elicitation through interviews, document reviews, workshops, surveys, and teleconferences
Work closely with both internal and external clients to ensure user-friendly and accessible interfaces
Partner with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
Facilitate activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Perform gap analyses and document current and future state business processes
Monitor project progress, identify risks and communicate updates to stakeholders
Support post-launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Experienced business analysis within ERP environments is ideal
A strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Salesforce, Informatica, and web technologies is essential.
Proficiency in project management tools is expected
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
Experience with requirements writing and technical documentation is required
Familiarity with change control processes and quality assurance testing is beneficial
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles is a plus
Basic understanding of data modeling or SQL
