About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage project and program activities and implement protocols
- Develop, implement, and manage work plans and timelines to ensure project goals
- Communicate project and program activities through clear, coordinated project-related communications
- Supervise assigned laboratory and support personnel
- Delegate and coordinate tasks based on developed plans
- Provide technical leadership and consultation for project and grant proposals, manuscripts, and animal protocol development
- Advise principal investigators and project stakeholders regarding project status
- Triage implementation science consultation requests
- Conduct intake meetings with investigators requesting implementation science support
- Coordinate with Penn and CHOP researchers to develop and support tailored consultation plans
- Assist with study protocol development, IRB submissions, grant writing, manuscript preparation, data management, and statistical analyses
- Support the team's research strategy and projects
- Potentially co-author papers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Research and program development experience
- Skills in implementation science or health services research
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and communication skills
- 3–5 years of research experience preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer
