About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer Penn Abroad’s study abroad application management system
- Support technology requests related to effective system use across teams
- Maintain accurate data and ensure adherence to standard practices and procedures
- Process registration and application materials for global programs
- Share and transfer information across multiple University systems
- Maintain student records
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
- Prepare enrollment and operational data reports for Penn Abroad and on- and off-campus partners
- Support financial processes and purchasing
- Manage shared inboxes
- Provide backup coverage for office phones and the reception area
- Assist with other office-wide initiatives and assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate/GED degree and 5 to 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency working with databases, spreadsheets, and generating reports strongly preferred
- Experience studying or interning abroad strongly preferred
- Cover letter and Resume/CV required for consideration
- Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer
