About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the analysis and reporting of population-level metrics on a monthly, semester and annual basis
Build, run, and perform routine analysis of data reports for population-level metrics
Assist public health surveillance reports monthly, semesterly, and annually
Support queries and workflows to manage and report student immunization and insurance requirements and transactions
Evaluate and report on population level data acquired through Wellness at Penn services
Create analysis plans and develop reports to present findings
Develop innovative approaches for data sharing and visualization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Master’s degree in public health or related field preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work on a team
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work across multiple data systems and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and electronic health record systems preferred
Commitment to diversity and ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds.
