About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high quality Analytics, Research Programs, Applications, and Financial engines to WRDS academic community and corporate clients
- Support faculty and PhD users by offering consultative guidance
- Keep track of the evolution of academic research in finance and accounting
- Construct and enhance existing data-research products
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in Finance or Accounting
- 1 year of post-bachelor's experience in research programs, analytics, applications, and related research tools
- Experience in academic research using Python and/or SAS programming skills
- Familiarity with CRSP, Compustat, IBES, and/or Household-Finance datasets
