About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support across curricular affairs and registrar operations
- Onboard new lecturers in Workday and oversee compliance tasks
- Maintain electronic student records and prepare examination lists
- Audit graduating student records for degree completion
- Assist with final examination preparation and proctoring
- Provide administrative support for students enrolled in externship courses
- Coordinate externship tracking database maintenance
- Perform other duties and special projects in support of the Office of Academic and Curricular Affairs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years of progressively responsible administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in higher education or faculty affairs is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with Workday, Microsoft Lists, content management systems, or similar enterprise software is preferred
- Commitment to a collaborative work environment and Staff Ideals of the University of Pennsylvania
