About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as on-site program lead during summer and Saturdays
- Manage daily program flow and run-of-show
- Oversee attendance, logistics, and compliance systems
- Coordinate vendors and space scheduling

Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, youth development, or camp/enrichment program management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and support staff effectively
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to respond to incidents appropriately
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
