Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years of progressively increasing experience and responsibility
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional creative, digital, and technical teams
Strong foundation in marketing and digital content strategy
Deep understanding of brand management and consistency
Working knowledge of web design, UX, and accessibility standards
Experience with modern web platforms delivering scalable digital experiences
Data-driven mindset with analytics proficiency
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications preferred
