About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the CAO to advance institutional priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate high-priority initiatives supporting fundraising and campaign strategy.
  • Provide oversight for the CAO’s executive support function, including supervising the Executive Assistant.
  • Prepare briefing materials and correspondence for the CAO.
  • Monitor PMDAR's progress toward advancement goals and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support budget planning and forecasting to align with strategic priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and 7 to 10 years of experience in advancement, higher education, healthcare, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work in a complex organization with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Four-year college degree required; advanced degree desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.
