About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and reconcile procurement card (PCARD) and meeting card transactions
  • Enter, review, and process expense reimbursements in Concur
  • Utilize Business Objects or similar reporting tools for financial data
  • Coordinate purchasing activities including ordering goods and services
  • Process supplier invoices and payments and assist with onboarding new vendors
  • Run and distribute monthly financial (BEN) reports
  • Prepare and process journal entries with appropriate documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business office operations
  • Compile faculty correspondence and assist in budget book preparation
  • Respond to non-technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Grad/GE Degree
  • 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
