About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Film, capture, edit and distribute video for football practices and games
- Responsible for operating instant relay system and iPads using Gamestrat software and equipment
- Provide video and data breakdown of self-scout, opponent scout, NFL games for use by coaches and student athletes
- Responsible for writing, producing and directing major video projects including highlight film and recruiting materials
- Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to plan and execute video production and display needs for on-campus recruiting needs
- Serve as the primary points of contact on social media accounts including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Hire and oversee video, photo, graphic design, and social media intern group
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of football video experience preferred
- Experience in operating digital editing systems, video cameras, recording equipment, photoshop and other photo editing software
- Experience using XOS and PFF is preferred
- Facility support experience required
- Excellent supervisory, communication, interpersonal and organization skills necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work additional hours and/or a flexible schedule as needed; such as evenings, early mornings, or weekends
- Ability to travel to all away game or other off-campus team events
- Applicant must know NCAA recruiting rules
- Experience with social media, graphics, and video required
- Adhere to Ivy League and NCAA rules and regulations
