About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all aspects of operations for the Admissions and Student Affairs organization.
- Assist with the technical aspects of the Slate CRM systems and the multiple interactions and touchpoints.
- Develop communications, forms, and workflows for both the Slate application system and the student success module.
- Build reports and dashboards to analyze prospective, applicant, and enrolled student data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within either of the Slate instances.
- Review applications and make recommendations as to students’ admissibility.
- Attend various recruitment and yield events to support the Office of Admission and Financial Aid.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience combined.
- Prior knowledge of the Slate application system or a similar CRM is strongly preferred.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- A high degree of service orientation.
