About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Purchase goods and services for the Large Animal Hospital
- Reallocate weekly credit card charges for Hospital Pcard holders
- Place service calls for water coolers and other services
- Monitor monthly P-Card closing schedule
- Review and approve travel & expense reports
- Manage assets for the Large Animal Hospital including tagging retired equipment
- Ensure HR Poster compliance and manage contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Graduation or GED
- 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sense of urgency on completing work, efficiency, and reliability
- Understanding of the PO system/BEN Financials
- Knowledge of Excel and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and good attention to detail
