About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing core human resources functions and BSD central administrative operations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or related field
- Demonstrated experience performing HR Generalist work
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; Workday experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
