About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and supervise clinical research studies
Provide operational support for research activities within the Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
Manage detailed project operations and adhere to study protocols
Execute study protocols and prioritize study team efforts
Oversee data collection, research billing, and SOP development
Actively manage ongoing projects and troubleshoot operational issues
Report study progress
Provide cross-functional support to Clinical Research Coordinators
Oversee onboarding and training for various research roles
Provide administrative support for events and meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong problem-solving, communication, and writing skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Flexibility and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
