About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and analyze data to provide clients with salary offer and adjustment recommendations
- Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate classification, job level, and job profile
- Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding salary management and compliance issues
- Monitor pay practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Support annual merit increase program and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of human resources experience, 1 year of full-time compensation experience required
- Senior level qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of compensation experience required
- Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
- Demonstrated customer service and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with compensation laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday or PayFactors is a plus
- CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
