About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and analyze data to provide clients with salary offer and adjustment recommendations
  • Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate classification, job level, and job profile
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding salary management and compliance issues
  • Monitor pay practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Support annual merit increase program and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of human resources experience, 1 year of full-time compensation experience required
  • Senior level qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of compensation experience required
  • Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
  • Demonstrated customer service and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with compensation laws and regulations
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Workday or PayFactors is a plus
  • CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
