Key responsibilities & impact

Research and analyze data to provide clients with salary offer and adjustment recommendations
Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate classification, job level, and job profile
Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding salary management and compliance issues
Monitor pay practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Support annual merit increase program and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of human resources experience, 1 year of full-time compensation experience required
Senior level qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of compensation experience required
Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
Demonstrated customer service and negotiation skills
Familiarity with compensation laws and regulations
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience with Workday or PayFactors is a plus
CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
