About the role

  • Provide research support across several grant and clinically-funded projects
  • Coordinate and support the development of study materials
  • Recruit and consent participants
  • Collect and enter quantitative and qualitative data
  • Create and maintain databases
  • Prepare and submit IRB documents
  • Support ongoing clinical operations within a community mental health pediatric anxiety treatment program
  • Coordinate foundation-funded program expansion related to selective mutism programming and quality improvement efforts
  • Maintain positive working relationships with research collaborators, study participants, and families seeking mental health services for anxiety and related disorders

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related health field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in community mental health centers, interacting with children and families
  • Experience in implementation science is desired
  • Previous experience in a research environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, databases (SPSS), and online survey software (REDCap)
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Exquisite attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
