About the role
- Provide research support across several grant and clinically-funded projects
- Coordinate and support the development of study materials
- Recruit and consent participants
- Collect and enter quantitative and qualitative data
- Create and maintain databases
- Prepare and submit IRB documents
- Support ongoing clinical operations within a community mental health pediatric anxiety treatment program
- Coordinate foundation-funded program expansion related to selective mutism programming and quality improvement efforts
- Maintain positive working relationships with research collaborators, study participants, and families seeking mental health services for anxiety and related disorders
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related health field
- 1-2 years’ experience in community mental health centers, interacting with children and families
- Experience in implementation science is desired
- Previous experience in a research environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, databases (SPSS), and online survey software (REDCap)
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exquisite attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
