About the role
- Facilitate, promote, and ensure good clinical practice in research protocols
- Independently manage different phases of complex clinical trials
- Mentor coordinators and research assistants
- Work with partnering institutions on management of multisite trials
- Participate in meetings related to protocols, training, and compliance
- Process specimens as required per trial guidelines
- Administer investigational product and study-related medications
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science
- 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must adhere to University guidelines and FDA regulations
- Ability to prepare and process all documentation for clinical trials
- Coordinate and maintain all required documentation
- Schedule patient visits and testing as necessary
- Conduct initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits with sponsors/CROs
- Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and manage treatment administration
