About the role
- Lead instructional technology efforts under Wharton Computing's IDEA Courseware brand
- Provide strategic leadership for Wharton’s LMS and courseware ecosystem
- Oversee vendor relationships, budget coordination, and sustainable support models
- Supervise and develop staff, ensuring effective service delivery
- Advise school leadership on trends, best practices, strategic implementations
- Demonstrate accountability in delivering and supporting large-scale services
- Coordinate with colleagues on the Instructional Design team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience managing technology
- Thorough understanding of technology-enhanced learning platforms and tools
- Demonstrated supervisory and management skills
- Experience providing authoritative guidance to organizational leaders and/or faculty members
- Excellent presentation, writing and customer service skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HTML/CSS
- Availability to cover gaps in critical service/support responsibilities
