About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop sales leads from existing clients in loan portfolio
- Manage a loan portfolio of existing clients and monitor loan quality
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of construction loans within portfolio
- Interview applicant(s) and request specified information for loan application
- Analyze applicant financial status, credit, banking status, and other information
- Compile loan package and facilitate negotiation of loan structure with applicant
- Call and visit customers, prospects, and referral sources to promote and sell all Bank products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lending
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate related commercial lending
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
