About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead GovConnect’s strategy, operations, market positioning, and growth
- Own GovConnect’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy
- Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and partnerships
- Build strategic relationships with government entities, agencies, and municipalities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Build and lead the leadership team as the company grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong execution capability
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Proven experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy
- Understanding of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments
