Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for performing a broad range of operational tasks
You will need to use your initiative to ensure the processes run super efficiently and smoothly!
The tasks require a high level of attention to detail and speed
You will be working closely with other members of your team including team members who will be more customer-focused
You will need to be constantly optimising the operational processes, thinking from first principals to ensure we are building an efficient, scalable operational engine!

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years’ experience in operations, finance, tax, accounting, or a similar data-driven role
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills – comfortable working with formulas, joins, lookups, pivots, and large datasets
Advantageous: some working knowledge of SQL or an interest in learning it
A detail-focused, analytical mindset – you spot when something doesn’t quite add up
Comfortable handling and manipulating significant data volumes across multiple systems
A clear and confident communicator who can work effectively with teams like Operations, Finance, and Product
Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure – especially around reporting deadlines
