About the role

Establish the QA framework from scratch and ensure platform reliability and scalability.
Build automated test suites and create/manage Automated End-to-End (E2E) Test Suites for the main web application using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Develop and maintain API integration tests, especially for Salesforce API.
Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
Document test plans, processes, and results for transparency and consistency.

Proven experience in QA Engineering with both manual and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with browser automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
Strong skills in API testing, particularly with Salesforce integrations.
Ability to set up test frameworks from scratch.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
(Nice to have) Experience in SaaS or PaaS testing environments.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated test integration.
(Nice to have) Interest in events, community engagement, or music-related platforms.
