About the role
- Design eye-catching graphics, webpages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Create and edit videos for social media, web, and digital ads using modern video tools.
- Leverage AI platforms to enhance design quality, speed up workflows, and explore new creative approaches.
- Build and optimize landing pages or funnels using tools like HighLevel, Webflow, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling creative executions.
- Experiment with new design technologies and share insights to improve team efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital design, multimedia content creation, or creative marketing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (or similar design tools).
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Hedra, or Runway.
- Familiarity with web and funnel builders like HighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, or ClickFunnels.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, D-ID).
- A strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Creative curiosity — you’re constantly exploring, learning, and improving.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
