The Junior Technical Project Manager plays a key support role in ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective coordination, data management, and communication.
This position assists with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and follow-up by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and reports, preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
The Junior Technical Project Manager also manages meeting and calendar logistics, ensuring timely scheduling, preparation, and communication between clients and internal teams.
In addition, this role provides project and task support by assisting with small client requests, maintaining documentation and trackers, and ensuring accuracy in all data entry.
This person will also support CRM and outreach efforts by maintaining up-to-date client records, managing follow-ups, and assisting with client communications through platforms such as HubSpot.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and IT documentation tools (e.g., Halo CRM, ITGlue)
Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and accurate, particularly with data entry and reporting.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on tasks
Team player who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
Adaptable and eager to learn, with a curiosity for understanding client needs and technology solutions.
Professional demeanor and strong client-service orientation
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for deadlines and deliverables
