Technical Project Manager

• The Junior Technical Project Manager plays a key support role in ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective coordination, data management, and communication.
• This position assists with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and follow-up by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and reports, preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
• The Junior Technical Project Manager also manages meeting and calendar logistics, ensuring timely scheduling, preparation, and communication between clients and internal teams.
• In addition, this role provides project and task support by assisting with small client requests, maintaining documentation and trackers, and ensuring accuracy in all data entry.
• This person will also support CRM and outreach efforts by maintaining up-to-date client records, managing follow-ups, and assisting with client communications through platforms such as HubSpot.
