About the role
- You’ll manage assigned projects end‑to‑end while serving as a key liaison between clients, leadership, and technical teams.
- Lead projects through initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
- Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure quality standards and contractual requirements are met.
- Provide regular project updates and issue resolution.
- Coordinate staffing needs, including interviewing and placing qualified personnel.
- Resolve operational or personnel issues quickly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the continuous improvement of internal project and delivery processes.
- Apply technical understanding to interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination sessions.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming procurements and shifting client needs.
- Assist with early‑stage business development efforts, including opportunity research and internal tracking.
- Support relationship development with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide insights to leadership on market conditions and growth opportunities based on project interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar client‑facing role.
- Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
- Ability to understand and work with technical documentation and schematics.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites.
- Ability to obtain any client‑required clearance, if applicable.
