About the role

  • Develop and manage Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)
  • Perform requirements analysis, allocation, and verification
  • Lead AoA and trade studies to inform technical decisions
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo or DOORS
  • Coordinate with DevSecOps for continuous integration and testing
  • Facilitate technical reviews and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 and DIA engineering standards
  • Support test readiness reviews and mission acceptance tests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Systems or Electrical Engineering
  • Ten (10)+ years DoD systems engineering experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • INCOSE CSEP/ESEP or Master’s in Engineering Management (preferred)
