About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clients, drafting and posting job ads, reviewing resumes, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.
- Qualify candidates for desired skills and competencies through phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
- Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies to stay competitive and innovative.
- Update applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets for candidate records including conversion rates and time to fill.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, serving as point of contact during recruitment processes.
- Lead the onboarding process for internal hires, including background checks, orientation, and equipment setup.
- Develop strategies to improve morale and retention.
- Assist with company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-7 years of recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition experience required.
- Experience working with external or internal stakeholders is a plus.
- Knowledge and proven success utilizing MS Office applications, CareerPlug, ADP, and LinkedIn.
- Enjoys interfacing with clients, candidates, and potential clients to build rapport.
- Ability to meet deadlines and understand time-sensitive material.
- Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understands federal and state laws; stays up to date with new regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
