About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clients, drafting and posting job ads, reviewing resumes, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Qualify candidates for desired skills and competencies through phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
  • Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies to stay competitive and innovative.
  • Update applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets for candidate records including conversion rates and time to fill.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, serving as point of contact during recruitment processes.
  • Lead the onboarding process for internal hires, including background checks, orientation, and equipment setup.
  • Develop strategies to improve morale and retention.
  • Assist with company-wide events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition experience required.
  • Experience working with external or internal stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge and proven success utilizing MS Office applications, CareerPlug, ADP, and LinkedIn.
  • Enjoys interfacing with clients, candidates, and potential clients to build rapport.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and understand time-sensitive material.
  • Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understands federal and state laws; stays up to date with new regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
