About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft and manage procedural deadlines for filings such as embargos, agravos, and other submissions;
- Draft answers/defenses and closing briefs;
- Handle cases of low to medium complexity;
- Maintain and update legal management systems;
- Represent clients as counsel at hearings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) for at least 2 years;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
