About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing collective and union litigation
Full end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic labor litigation
Handling administrative proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office) and MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment), responding to complaints and implementing other procedural strategies
Drafting complex procedural pleadings at the trial (merits), appellate and enforcement stages
Updating and maintaining legal databases and case management systems
Acting as counsel in hearings, judicial conferences and oral arguments
Carrying out administrative procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo
Proven experience in corporate labor litigation
Experience managing a team
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Postgraduate degree in labor law preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of labor-related calculations (e.g., payroll and settlement calculations)
Experience practicing labor law
