About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct risk analysis in individual and collective labor claims, with critical assessment of appellate arguments and jurisprudential trends across various matters;
Prepare strategic legal opinions on appeal viability and chances of reversal at the appellate level and higher courts;
Assess the rescindability of judicial decisions;
Review provision and settlement calculations prepared by third-party calculation specialists;
Support the development of litigation strategies focused on risk mitigation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (undergraduate degree in Law);
Prior experience in employment litigation required;
Experience in procedural risk analysis and drafting legal opinions;
Knowledge of labor-related calculations and provisions;
Experience with collective civil actions/class actions, union-related matters, and employment advisory work is a plus;
Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law and courses on repetitive issues/Incidents of Repetitive Appeals at the TST (Superior Labor Court) are advantageous.
