Drafting procedural pleadings such as defenses (answers), replies, objections/challenges and other civil filings;
Strategic case analysis to determine the most effective legal arguments;
Handling credit recovery proceedings;
Conducting collection actions, payment-order (monitory) proceedings, seizure and repossession actions, and actions to obtain possession;
Case monitoring and deadline management;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in civil litigation with expertise in credit recovery and enforcement;
Previous experience in civil litigation within the logistics sector and hospital networks is a plus.
