develop long-term relationships with architects and trade organizations
generate architectural project specifications and sales leads
network and originate new business relationships
visit architect firms, job sites, and attend Association events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
at least 2-5 years related experience and/or training
an individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures
ability to write reports and business correspondence
ability to effectively present information
must present a clean and neat physical appearance and strictly abide by company dress code
ability to solve practical and arithmetic problems
ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest
must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
valid driver’s license and vehicle required for travel
