About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct in-home consultations using a structured sales process
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Drive toward first-visit closes, with effective follow-up as needed

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to build trust quickly and deliver a strong customer experience

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of sales experience (or equivalent combination)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
