About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and elevate the S&OP process in partnership with various teams
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment and decision-making
- Lead analysis, development, and presentation of insights
- Drive scenario planning efforts to address risks and opportunities
- Serve as a key contributor to the S&OP process
- Proactively communicate changes and updates to partners
- Continuously improve forecast quality
- Lead forecast accuracy discussions with channel leaders
- Monitor and report forecast accuracy metrics
- Identify and implement improvements to S&OP processes
- Lead development and integration of S&OP tools
- Document S&OP process and key deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 4–8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidates with backgrounds in sales, supply chain, supply chain consulting, business analytics or operations are encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, Alation, and Power BI/Tableau is preferred
- Experience working with advanced supply chain planning tools and a solid understanding of ERP data and transaction flows—ideally within Oracle ERP
