About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operates cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Strategic Account Teams, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Teams, Customer Care, IT, and outside vendors.
  • Responsible for the development of highly effective selling stories, sales tools, training content, and use of technology.
  • Delivery of training to improve efficiency and success of the field sales team.
  • Ownership of development and execution of a comprehensive sales learning program that begins early sales skill development extending to coaching to mastery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as experience in sales.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, fractions, interest, ratios, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra such as probability, statistical inference, and plane and solid geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Word, Excel and Power Point proficiency.
