Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee key communication technology platforms such as First Up, Sprinklr, Canva, and Meltwater.
Develop and produce compelling content that resonates with diverse stakeholders.
Lead the planning and execution of meetings and events.
Ensure optimal performance and user engagement of platforms.
Coordinate training sessions for users and provide expert guidance on best practices.
Prepare reports, analyze engagement data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings and conferences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, digital engagement, or communications technology.
Experience managing or supporting communications platforms and engagement tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep knowledge & understanding of communications technology tools including AI.
Familiarity with internal communications platforms (e.g., intranets, employee apps, virtual meeting tools).
Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills, including video scripts, and blogs.
Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
Experience planning and executing internal events.
Experience in a matrixed or large organizational environment.
