About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full client billing cycle: contract-to-invoice, T&E tracking, and revenue reconciliation
- Drive collections & recovery: manage overdue follow-up, maintain relationships with clients on payment issues
- Lead capital operations: BSPCE attributions, exercise tracking, coordination with external legal counsel
- Own CIR/CII: calculate tax credits and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Manage insurance: oversee policies, renewals, and claims across Pelico's entities
- Drive LegalOps tooling: own the rollout of contract lifecycle management and BSPCE tracking tools
- Manage Jennifer (pre-accounting freelance): ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration and process alignment
- Lead AI & process transformation: identify and implement automation opportunities across the finance & ops stack
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or a broad FinOps role
- Deep expertise in B2B billing, collections, and cash management in a SaaS or tech environment
- Hands-on CIR/CII experience: you can calculate, document, and defend it
- Knowledge of BSPCE or stock option plan administration
- Strong process improvement mindset — you build systems, not just run them
- Fluent in French and professional English (client and legal communications).
